Wint & Kidd Inc. is looking for a Training & Organizational Development Manager to start ASAP.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
•At least 2-3 years BPO experience in Training and Development
•Ability to develop strong internal client working relationships
•Excellent presentation / facilitation skills, with past experience in a training / facilitation role
•Able to design/formulate/conduct training modules
•Must have effective leadership skills which can impact colleagues’ behaviour including those that do not report directly to him/her.
•Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
•Flexible and positive attitude
•Must have the ability to coach and motivate staff
•Must be fully shift flexible
•Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
•Required Skills: HR Generalist, training and development, performance management

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Following training and development guidelines as defined by the company
•Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new hire orientation/induction.
•Responsible for designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
•Plan, develop, design, execute and evaluate client-specific training and employee skills enhancement training.
•Implement effective Client Management through consistent and pro-active communication of issues and concerns and reporting of updates
and training developments. Implement training projects to address performance gaps.
•Spearheads training activities to ensure constant improvement of the accounts’ performance.
•Engage trainees with enthusiasm and articulate training objectives clearly and comprehensively.
•Assist in the screening of talents when needed.
•Work the number and schedule of hours needed to accomplish regular and ad hoc job responsibilities.
