Job Description
• Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries • Ensure client approval in all transactions • Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided • Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate • Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints

Job Qualifications
• No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year of College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
• Good English language conversation skills
• Computer and Web proficient
