OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To be responsible for all the day-to-day accounting functions and to ensure timely closure of accounts for management reporting and statutory reporting (2 companies).
To be responsible for the administration of all HR functions (1 company).
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deal with day to day operational accounting matters, referring only complex or exceptional situations to the superior while working within established guidelines (2 companies).
To enforce implementation of internal controls, management’s directives, policies and procedures.
To analyze monthly accounts for budgetary controls and management information.
To ensure timely closing of month end and year end accounts and fulfill the information requirements for management reporting and statutory reporting to local government authorities according to established timing schedules.
Perform month-end closing and year-end duties such as GL Account reconciliations, VAT, inventory lists, etc.
Ensures compliance with the local government taxes, local statutory filings, permits application and renewal, tax returns filing and other local statutory requirements.
To prepare and analyze financial data.
To assist superior in cash flow management.
Liaise with internal, external & government auditors.
Other responsibilities related to the job function as directed.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Certified Public Accountant
Required language(s): English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Proficient in Xero, Excel, tech savvy
Preferably Supervisor/2 Yrs Up Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
