We are in need of a BANK COMPLIANCE OFFICER who is willing to work in BATANGAS with the salary of 40,000 a month.
Qualifications:
· Must have work experience gained from the banking industry
· Must be willing to be based in Batangas
· Candidate must be willing to travel to Alabang and Makati for branch visit.
· Candidates coming from small and rural bank are welcome to apply
· 3 + Years’ Experience with Micro/Personal/Micro SME loan products
· Demonstrated knowledge of financial products, processes, procedures, credit policies and relevant BSP
· regulations
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs.
· Ability to work well with teams within and outside the bank
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
