Job Description / Requirements
Synergygroup is a Manning Agency that deploys seafarers for on-board assignments, as our Purchasing Officer you will be expected to:
1. Handle and monitors purchase requisitions of Crew Uniforms, office supplies, pantry supplies and other items as requested by other departments or as needed.
2. Ensures that monitoring of all purchases and supplies are up to date.
3. Manage all communication for purchase orders with vendors, analyze and resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with the Accounts Department to process all invoices for payment.
4. Maintain records of all purchase order and associate documents for all processes.
