What does Technical Support Representative do?
Technical Support Representative I Description: Work in a fast-paced call center (or sometimes remote) environment to take incoming technical calls from customers. You’ll listen then analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for voice, internet or data installation and connection issues.

Jobs Responsibilities:
• Presents the responses to users by analyzing concerns; searching causes; directing consumer thru helpful simple steps. Increases consumer individual references by creating and managing records.
• Participates in improvement of consumer instructing services by discovering understanding challenges; advising educational language.
• Accommodates client challenges by advising systems and solutions.
• Increases process effectiveness by discovering concerns; promoting alterations.
• Get the latest position practical knowledge by engaging in instructional programs; having personalized systems

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
