Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Handles each customer with a friendly, courteous touch while following strict procedures for handling various types of inquiries.
– Able to handle 100-120 calls per day while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Sells products and services and achieve aggressive sales goals which are measured daily.
Minimum Requirements:
– At least 18 years old and above
– At least 1 year of customer service/ financial experience in a BPO setting
– Preferably with 1 year of UPSELLING/INBOUND/OUTBOUND SALES experience in a BPO setting
– Completed at least 2nd year college
– Willing to work night shift and in McKinley Hill, Taguig
– Good English communication skills
– Can start as soon as possible
