Job Summary:
Responsible for all activities involved in the preparation of payroll for assigned clients and coordination with points-of-contact regarding payroll discrepancies.
Job Qualifications:
– Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent course.
– CPA is a definite advantage
– With at least 1 year of experience handling end-to-end payroll outsourcing.
o Must have handled a minimum of 200 employees in payroll
– Must be detail-oriented
– Strong capability to analyze information in a fast-paced environment.
– Proven track record for upholding confidentiality
– Advanced working knowledge on HRIS software specifically designed for Philippine Payroll
– Willing to work on a project-based employment
– Willing to render overtime as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple clients’ monthly payroll
– Ensure 100% accuracy and correctness of payroll information
– Ensure timely implementation of timekeeping and payroll transactions
o Daily time record
o Overtime/undertime
o Leave management
o Etc.
– Process government requirements and remittances, including reports and required forms for submission
o SSS
o HDMF
o PhilHealth
– Work hand-in-hand with the clients for updates and reconciliation of bank statements, if necessary.
– Ensure timely submission of month-end reports to clients, including annualization
– Process special requirements, documents, or exceptions including, but not limited to, reversals, deductions, and employee separation or final pay.
