Job description:
• Meet general performance desired goals as set by management
• Use of organization specific CRM and ERP application platforms
• Solve issues and resolve queries immediately, effectively and courteously
• Have interaction with clients to present and process info in response to enquiries, concerns, and needs about products and expert services;
• Collect customer’s info and figure out the problem by assessing and analyzing the problems;
Qualifications:
• Should be confident to speak in English
• Computer experienced and internet-savvy
• Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills
• Good to excellent English language conversation skills
• Problem-solving and analytic skills
