Jobs Responsibilities:
Resolve more challenging circumstances and take on distinctive projects
Acquire technological experience of Info systems in order to solve user issues and inquiries by participating in internal coaching classes
Proficiency in the application of all accessible software that support in the case solution process
Train colleagues in technological and admin measures of the team
Respond to users conditions and queries in a well-timed, qualified and correct way to help continue to keep superior levels of user approval and low case duration
Jobs Qualifications:
Must have finished atleast two years in college
Atleast 18 years old
Self-motivated
Good english communication skills
Team Player
Requires minimum supervision
