JOB PURPOSE:
To offer our products/services
to maintain customer relationship
to grow our current business with the company’s key accounts.
maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
conducts background research about clients
probes on the further business developments of the clients to capture possible business with them
conducts a research on product/ brand/ service which could be introduced to clients
creates ways to offer company products/services that would be more attractive than that of the current supplier of a client
Ensures thorough documentation of all client dealings, minutes of the meeting, submitted quotations, purchase orders and after-sales services rendered.
focuses on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
writes business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
QUALIFICATIONS
Works with minimal supervision
demonstrates strong interpersonal skills for client relationship building and creates a harmoniuos relationship with co-workers/internal stakeholders
demonstrate strong analytical/business acumen skills – must be quick in assessing client needs and be able to provide them with solutions while protecting the company’s interest.
Communications skills (written & verbal)
graduate of any business/communications/hospitality/culinary (Preferably BS Hptel and Restaurant Management)
Willing to travel
