IT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, (Computer/ Telecommunication), is an advantage; Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in IT or Telco sales and marketing or technical support.
Articulate and effective communication skills, both oral and written with attention to detail.
Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients

Job Description:
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets
Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business in your accounts
Leading project management activity (e.g. SI projects)
Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team in a timely, tidy manner
Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives
Attending client meetings
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
Developing strategy, sales plans and profit targets.
Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximizing new business development opportunities.
Review and Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
