Our team is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives! Develop your customer care skills through excellently handling customer’s queries by delivering well-rounded and quality customer attention all of the time, applying learned expertise and procedures when servicing consumer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction in all transactions, professionally listening and addressing customer’s problems. We want you to be part of our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:
 Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and courteously
 Manage critical support problems and questions, handle escalations and sensitive problems and questions
 Ownership of customer requests as well as follow up to ensure resolution was provided
 Professionally listen to and resolve customer complaints and escalate as appropriate
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
 Follow up of past complaints and requests to ensure delivery or resolution
 Accurately record details of all customer interactions in compliance with guidelines

Job Requirements:
 No BPO experience is required for candidates that reached at least 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
 BPO experience is required for High School Graduates
 Good English language conversation skills
 Computer and Web proficient
 Willing to deliver the results in Ortigas and be designated to changing work schedules
