Job Description & Requirements
As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for answering clients’ inquiries about our rooms and services, booking reservations, processing payments and handling other concerns.
Note: If you do not want to experience as much stress when taking in calls, this may be the perfect account for you!

Requirements:
1. At least 18 years old and a highschool graduate
2. Above average English communication skills
3. Typing speed of at least 30 wpm
4. Call center experience is preferred, but not required
5. Amenability to work in Sucat, Paranaque
