Aspire Global Solutions is looking for Call Center Agents(CSR/TSR) in Metro Manila! Please read carefully the requirements and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledgeable of Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, email and chat technologies
• Must have a knowledge in the BPO industry
• Must have a high school diploma
• 18 years old and above
• Willing to work for 8 hours

Job Responsibilities of Call Center Agent(CSR/TSR):
• Provide higher degree specialized assistance mainly of a post product sales nature
• Acquire customer’s information and facts and ascertain the matter by assessing and considering the challenges;
• Follow departmental processes and systems as specified in the Policies and Procedures manual
