Job Description / Requirements
With at least 5 years experience
Expertise on Financial Reporting, Consolidation of Financial Reports, Annual Reports, Other Management reports and other reports for publicity listed company
Big 4 auditing firm experience is a plus but not required
Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina (for 10 months only)
and in Ortigas (permanent office)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Preparation and Review of Individual Financial Statements of Related Parties within Armscor Group
2. Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
3. Analysis of financial performance and position
4. Preparation of other accounting or financial-related reports
5. Ensure compliance with IFRS and Government requirements (Such as BIR, SEC)
6. Prepares ad hoc financial reports for Top Management to aid them in their business decisions
7. Coordinates with External Auditors as to compliance of Financial Reporting
8. Work directly with decision makers and end users to understand, define, and document current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
9. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
