Responsibilities:
•Provide customer service for our clients in a professional and courteous manner
•Responds to customer inquiries and complaints by following techniques provided
•Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
Qualifications:
•Completed any 2 years course in college
•With at least 18 months BPO experience
•Must have above average English communication skills
•Must be willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedules
•Must be willing to work during holidays and weekends
•Must be willing to work in Makati City
•Full-Time position(s) available
