Job Description / Requirements
A call center agent is the person who handles incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. A call center agent might handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support issues. Other names for a call center agent include customer service representative (CSR), telephone sales or service representative (TSR), attendant, associate, operator, account executive or team member.

Jobs Responsibilities:
 Resolve more sophisticated situations and take on specific projects
 Acquire technical expertise of Data products and services in order to handle consumer difficulties and queries by going to internal training classes
 Proficiency in the usage of all readily available applications that help in the case settlement process
 Train associates in technical and management processes of the team
 Respond to clients challenges and inquiries in a on time, expert and suitable fashion in an effort to sustain great levels of consumer satisfaction and low case duration

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
