Transmission Specialists, Inc. is hiring FINANCIAL ANALYST.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Accountancy Graduate
Preferably with Professional License ( Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Equivalent
Relevant experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must have the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts Payable
Checking of liquidations
Preparation of check vouchers
Filing of documents
Keen with details
Accounts Receivable

Preparation of billing invoices
Preparation of monthly Statement of Account
Monitoring of collections
Monitoring of Cash Flow, coordination with accounts payable
Financial Reporting

Preparation of monthly financial statements and schedules
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Month-end closing
BIR compliance reports
