Job Description
– Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (actuals and budgets), presentations and forecasts for various recepients , aside from reviewing financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
-Prepares monthly financial reporting package for submission tostakeholders
– Measures the performance of the company by studying and evaluating the key performance indicators (KPIs) and Financial Statements and providing analysis regarding the variances which involves an inquiry to different groups/units studying the trends and transactions
– Prepares monthly presentation materials of YTD results and YE forecasts for presentation Mancom, Execom, and BOD
– Collaborate with different units during the annual budget exercise and provide consultancy services about certian requirements such as review of the assumptions submitted by different units in finalizing the budget and assessing the necessary budget allocations for the Capex budget realignment.
– Timely prepare and monitors the utilization of the approved budget while ensuring that incurrence and spending are necessary, reasonable, and prudent
– Assist the Finance manager and Finance supervisor FPRA in preparing financial runs for projects and acquisitions

Job Qualifications
– Graduate of Accountancy or Finance related Bachelor’s degree
– A recognized accountancy qualification and member of good standing is an advantage
– CPA preferred but not required
– Experienced Finance Professional wishing to take the next step up. One (1) or more years of experience in financial accounting and analysis. Ideally with years working within the same industry and commercial/industry out of practice.
– Experience in dealing with financial compliance matters is an advantage
-High-level proficiency in using microsoft office software with a focus on excel and other business management software
– Financial modelling including budgeting and forecasting knowledge and experience
– Strong analytical and organizational abilities with good presentation skills
