SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php70,000-Php80,000
WORK SHIFT: Rotating Shift

Job Descriptions:
– Manage and oversee the operation of Financial Reporting, Compliance and Governance Team
– Responsible for the compliance of financial requirement , reporting, annual planning, forecasting, financial and strategic planning with the objective to deliver accuracy of financial data
– Responsible for implementation for any changes on U.S. GAAP, policies and procedures and process changes mandated globally
– Develop and create capability programs /curriculum both for leadership and professional development to build capability and competencies.
Operational
– Provide leadership and guidance to the whole team for critical issues, manage and respond to local and global queries
– Review and Approve flux analysis, account reconciliation, journal entries and reports
– Required internally and globally
– Take ownership of the entire ART (Activity Rate Tool) process
– Take charge on all deliverables & timely execution of Month End Closing Activities
– Review and validate pension related activities
– Subject Matter Experts on US GAAP and local requirements, evaluate impact and ensure appropriate changes on financial reporting requirements are incorporated
– Manage company’s financial and legal risks, ensure completion of statutory audit requirement
– Monitor and review updates on all security documents
– Work closely with treasury, tax and legal functions to ensure company asset are managed and hedged, and dividends are executed in line with Global treasury policy
– Manage ad hoc projects both inside and outside of areas of expertise, in line with business needs and efficiency objectives and influencing stakeholders of all levels
– Ensure all new & existing process have updated documentation
– Performs other functions as needed/required
Internal Control
– Key contact for annual regulatory financial compliance audits and financial statement audits
– Collaboratively work with all stakeholders to identify internal and external risks, implement robust process change to mitigate risks.
– Ensure accurate and timely compliance of Corporate Finance policies and procedures, legal and local requirements as well as other requirements
– Ensure vendor and client contracts were reviewed in accordance with our requirements and set up controls to maintain compliance
Qualifications:
– Must have: Financial Reporting and Governance Manager
– Good to have – CIA, CMA
– Must have: 8 years controllership experience, min 3 years as a manager, knowledgable in SAP, min 2 years experience in a multinational company.
– Good to have: Audit experience in any of the Big 4 auditing firms, Related industry as Accenture or at least a multinational
