JOB DESCRIPTION
On Finance:
Provide assistance in completing financial report as required by the Global Service Center and Donors
1.1 Analyses and encodes transactions on a daily basis
1.2 In charge of monitoring all relief cash advances and coordinates with Finance and Admin Officer – Tacloban Based
1.3 In charge of follow-up in all pending transactions/advance of relief response in Samar
1.4 Checks propriety of documents and ensures authenticity of attached receipts.
1.5 Assist in the needed reports and procedures as required by Donors.
1.6 Bank Reconciliation
On Administration Work:
Coordinates with Relief Coordinator and Admin Officer in Tacloban/Samar with regards to vehicle and other administrative concerns.
Qualification
Must be a Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in accounting
Detail Oriented
Matured Christian
MUST BE A FILIPINO
