Job Description
Directly reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate shall be responsible for financial and accounting management, covering budget administration, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, costing, cash and accounts receivable management. Shall formulate strategies and continuously improve programs, system and policies in implementing, analyzing and reporting financial data and strategic position to efficiently run the business operation. Shall be in-charge of divisional administrative management, encompassing procurement, information technology and general administration services to serve internal customers’ functional necessities. Provide operational management support specifically in implementing over-all strategic plans, strengthening internal controls and regulatory compliance. Required Experience A Certified Public Accountant with at least ten (10) years senior managerial experience in finance operation or comptrollership, preferably from a manufacturing set-up within an ERP environment. Background in managing both finance and administration function in an executive level is preferred with relevant exposure in taxation, audit and risk management. Candidate from a leading auditing or accounting firm is highly preferred. Has broad knowledge of organizational financial management and adept in financial planning, analysis and projection. Exhibit strong business acumen and highly effective in anticipating risk, as well as in assessing the financial and operational impact of business decisions. With proven leadership and management competencies and display strong communication and relational skills.- Preferably with work experience in Japanese companies and willing to work on extended hours LOCATION Residing in Laguna or nearby areas SALARY: PHP 150,000
