Finance and Admin Executive – Makati City – SecureMetric Technology Inc

Job Description & Requirements
1. Assisting Finance Manager to prepare full sets accounts which include income statement, balance sheet, trial balance, journals, general ledger, bank reconciliation report, debtors ageing, creditors ageing, deposit and prepayment listing, other creditors and accruals listing, fixed assets listing, management accounts and financial reports.
2. Assisting Finance Manager to prepare monthly management accounts for financial meeting
3. Account receivable and acount payable e.g. prepare payment voucher, attachment, reconcile statement, knock off payment, and liaise with customers for collection and uppliers account for payment
4. Record daily bank and petty cash book transactions. (include reconcile of available bank balance and reimbursement of fund)
5. Responsible for cheque issuing and bank remittance
6. Key in data into accounting system data and backup accounting data.
7. Ensure proper filing of all documents into respective files.
8. Prepare fortnightly cash flow projections and monitor daily cash flow.
9. Assisting Finance Manager to collect/ coordinate financial information for company’s budget/ projections
10. Assisting finance manager for year end statutory audit and liaise with tax agents and auditors.
11. Any other matters assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.
