Six Eleven Global Services has been successfully delivering Inbound and Outbound outsourced Services ranging from Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Sales, Inbound Customer Support and Retention using voice or chat since 2005. We understand the importance of delivering the basics: attention to instructions accompanied by an accurate and timely response to the problem. We provide simple yet accurate and reliable solutions to all BPO needs. We have an extensive list of clients that we provide services to and have a total combined capacity of more than 1000 seats with more than 650 full-time employees under three different service delivery centers located in Davao and General Santos city, Philippines respectively.
Job Description
Due to recent growth we are looking for 15 candidates to work in our email customer support division. A full time Email Support Specialists will reply to customer emails from regarding orders they have placed with our clients. Most emails will be handled with prepared Reply Templates, however, some will require a non-automated response so proficiently in typing accuracy and written English comprehension is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor commercial email platforms like Zen Desk and Help Scout
• Reply several emails per shift
• Work overnights and possibly 1 weekend day

Skills Required:
• Typing speed of 40 words per min or higher with good accuracy
• Excellent English reading comprehension
• Basic computer operations understanding
Salary:
12K per month Plus bi-weekly attendance and other bonuses. Also free meals and med Card
