Job Description / Requirements
JOB POSITION:
E-Commerce Associate

WORK DESCRIPTION:
> Listing and editing products to other Ecommerce Market Place specifically but not limited to EBay and
Amazon
> Knowledgeable posting in other social media specifically but not limited to Craigslist, Offerup,
Facebook Updating products on websites, ensuring online availability, ensuring accurate product details
for each style and overall quality control of the websites
> Analyze markets and associated selling costs to price and re-price products
> Able to handle customer calls for customer service and sales in nature

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
> Minimum of 1 year Call Center Experience Experience or exposure to e-Commerce Marketplaces including but
not limited to Amazon and EBay
> Computer literate – comfortable using computers and able to navigate on the internet and to learn and
utilize various software
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs — Excel, Word, etc.
> Must be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
> Must be able to Multi-task
> Must have excellent written and verbal skills
