Job Description & Requirements
Encodes and edits QMS documents
Coordinate with process owners re: review, revisions and upgrading of specific QMS documents
Organize soft and hard copies of QMS files and related forms and records
Ensure security of all QMS documents
Prepare and update Master Registry Index of all QMS documents
Assist the QMR in monitoring the flow of documents
Identify, label, index, collect and file related QMS documents
Assist the QMR in the preparation of Audit checklist, plan, and program
Assist the QMR in the preparation of Management Review Agenda, Notice and Minutes of meeting
Organize QMS files and ensure that current issues are implemented
Ensure that only pertinent issues of documents are in the circulation
Provide masterlist of documents and control function to ISO Consultation/QMR
Performs other duties that may be assigned by higher authority
