• Professionally interact with customers via phone.
• Resolve issues, concerns, or problems stated by the customer
• Send Voice-of-the-Customer feedback to the client to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Join training and company initiated activities in relation to improving customer satisfaction.
• Candidate should be AT LEAST 2ND YEAR COLLEGE LEVEL with or without BPO experience.
• Must possess good problem solving skills and average communication skills in English.
**Nature of the account: Telco ( Collections, Billing, Chat, Tech Support, Retention, etc.)
** Salary will depend on experience and background
