Job Description & Requirements
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
– receiving calls on a timely manner
– answering queries about products and services
– resolving problems and handling complaints
– escalating specific issues to higher levels of support
– creating call logs
Sales representatives are responsible for promoting and answering inquiries about products and services. They are also tasked to take orders, process payments and create call logs.

JOB SUMMARY:
Call Center Customer Service Representatives answer incoming telephone calls and emails from customers to troubleshoot problems, and route/dispatch work orders to approved

Minimum Requirements:
§ 18 years of age and above
§ Atleast high school graduate
§ Average to excellent English communication skills
§ Computer literate and good web navigation skills
