Job Description / Requirements
CSR for Pioneer Financial Account
You are responsible for taking application calls and general financial inquiries in resolving customer complaints in friendly and efficient manner.
CSR for Inbound Canadian Telco Account
You are responsible for handling inbound queries and provide resolutions to issues of wireless mobile phone subscribers, both prepaid and post paid.

Back Office for Telco Account
You are responsible for recognizing sales opportunities and provide future friendly home solutions.

Requirements:
Completed 2 years in college (any course, no back subjects)
Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
Good communication skills
Willing to work at TELUS Market Market Taguig Site
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
