Responsibilities:
– Answer financial services concerns of customers through phone calls.
– Handle each customer with a friendly, courteous manner when following strict procedures for handling various types of inquiries.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Completed at least 2 years in College
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Amenability to work in Taguig City.
4. Willingness to work at night and in shifting schedules.
5. Preferably with call center experience, but not required.
6. Business course graduates or with financial/ accounting background is an advantage
