We are heavily ramping!
For March, we are looking to hire at least 165 individuals for our Health Services Account. (No healthcare or call center background is required.)
As a CSR for the said account, you will be answering customers’ service inquiries, updating clients’ account information and escalating priority issues.

Requirements:
1. Candidates should be at least a high school graduate
2. Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
3. Average to above average English communication skills
4. Ability to build rapport with different types of customers
5. Willingness to work at night and in shifting schedules
6. Amenability to work in Fairview, Quezon City
