Job Description
1. Verification and evaluation for pre-employment screening and of loan applicant’s character, credit standing and integrity through the process of data gathering of all essential factors; business checking and financial analysis.
2. Appraisal of real estate and chattels offered as collateral; appraisal of acquired assets to establish reasonable price for sale, appraisal of property subject of foreclosure and other appraisal jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
3. Renders credit investigation, evaluation and appraisal reports.
4. Responsible for the complete and timely submission of the credit investigation reports through gathering and utilizing all the data gathered during the survey process.
5. Support the company in diminishing instances of frauds and debts through conducting credit investigation to clients.
6. Creates and updates filing system and records as a backup file or record for references.
7. Recommends possible improvements to existing credit investigation procedures and updates the procedural manuals accordingly.
8. Responsible for assessing, analyzing, and interpreting complicated financial information.
9. Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on clients.
10. Conferring with clients to verify financial/credit transactions and to resolve complaints.

Qualifications:
1. Preferably a graduate of Accounting or Finance.
2. With at least 5 years of work experience as a Credit Analyst and Appraiser from a Banking Industry is preffered.
3. Can read and analyze financial statements.Apply basic accounting principles in the interpretation of customer financial statements.
4. Effectively secure prompt payment from customers while employing commercial sensitivity, business acumen, and good judgment.
5. Effective business writing and professional communication skills.
6. Must not be more than 35 years old.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Honest, hardworking and efficient.
9. Proven knowledge in Credit Investigation and appraisal best practices, credit processing and documentation.
10. Experienced motorcycle rider.
11. Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork and can render overtime.
