We are in need of a Collections Specialist who will be responsible for the processing and execution of verification necessary to ensure accurate and timely receipt of payment of all invoices.
Responsibilities
Analyzes customer payment history
Call customers and suggests payment methods as necessary.
Call small businesses regarding their past due invoices and fax/email copy of the invoice if necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
Must have working knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with Great Plains is a plus, but not preferred
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales and Customer Service
One (1) full-time position available.
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule in Makati City (weekends off)
