Job Summary:
-Calling customers of a highly reputable U.S. based financial institution to remind them of their Credit Card past due payments and providing exceptional customer experience while collecting promise payment arrangements.
Job Requirements:
-Finished atleast High school level
-Must be 18 years of age and above
-Computer literate and good web navigation skills
-Demonstrated ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
-Average to Excellent oral & written communication skills – English Language
-Amenable to work in Pasay
-Willing to work on shifting schedules
-Can work during holidays and weekends
