Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Evaluate the customer’s financial situation.
– Negotiate account resolution and terms of repayment.
– Field inbound and make outboound calls utilizing an auto-dialer system.
– Act as the point of contract for the customer to help determine the reason for delinquency.

Minimum Requirements:
– At least 18 years old and above
– At least 3 year BPO/ Call Center experience
– With 3 years of collections background
– At least 3 months financial background
– Preferably with experience in RECOVERY COLLECTIONS.
– Completed 2 years in college
– Willing to work night shift and in McKinley Hill, Taguig
– With good communication skills
– Can start as soon as possible
