Job Description / Requirements
• Bachelor degree preferred; Equivalent experience may be acceptable
• Minimum of two years of management or Supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of call center operations
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional demeanor and dependable
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible to work extended hours as needed.
