We are in need of 20 Call Center Agents to start IMMEDIATELY!
This is for an account of one of the biggest names in the financial industry in the United States!
Job Responsibilities:
-PROMOTE the company’s special customer referral and other incentive programs
-PROVIDE outstanding customer service so that they will choose to do business with us rather than our competitors.
-RESOLVE and DOCUMENT customer complaints or REFER them to the store manager for resolution.
-COMPLETE all transactions in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
-SERVICE customer accounts making sure that all documentation is complete, accurate and filed away properly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate of 2 years of any course.
With or without call center experience.
Excellent both in verbal and written communication skills.
Tech savvy and above average typing skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shifts.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
