Bookkeeper – Phil Property Expert

Job Description & Requirements
1. Daily record-keeping and organizing of transactions.
2. Invoicing and issuance of official receipts.
3. Prepare account reports for clients.
4. Assist in preparing compliance reports for B.I.R. and other government agencies.
5. Perform remittance of B.I.R. dues and disbursement of payables to clients.
6. Do clerical work on filing supporting documents for every transaction.
7. Perform other tasks related to bookkeeping and accounting

Minimum Qualifications
1. At least 2 years prior experience in an accounting/bookkeeping job.
2. Knowledgeable with B.I.R. compliance.
3. Strong analytical skills and sharp attention to details.
4. Able to use computer systems effectively.
5. Willing to start immediately/asap.
6. Willing to work in a start-up company.
