Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Conducts research, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, to identify accurate shareholder positions and peer performance to deliver shareholder analysis and commentary.
2. Summarizes key movements and trends in the shareholder base.
3. Pro-actively engages in regular client outreach providing sector development updates.
4. Improves understanding of client’s Investor Relations workflow to ensure service is aligned with their needs.
5. Prepares materials and accompany Senior Analysts at client meetings to develop relationships and support retention of client base.
6. Works closely with key stakeholders to retain client base.
7. Engages with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams.
8. Works with the Senior Analysts in building and maintaining effective long-term client relationships.
9. Provides external clients with advisory services to improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness.
10. Responsible for all tasks related to entering disclosure data into Nasdaq’s proprietary database.
11. CMS entry, macro for spreadsheet upload, keying-in bank list data into T3NA, T3G.
12. Researches correct fund manager for the entry. Follows-up request submission with DRP.
13. Troubleshoots errors with QC team.

Requirements:
• Education Required: Business, Finance, or Economics Degree
• Experience Required: 0-2 years
• Above average to excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
• Special Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Adobe Pro
