Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure that office operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner

Main Activities:
– Type correspondence, reports and other documents
– Maintain office files
– Take minutes at meetings
– Distribute minutes
– Coordinate repairs to office equipment
– Provide support to Systems Consultants
– Prepare marketing kit for Systems Consultants
– Greet and assist visitors
– Answer phones
– Direct calls and respond to inquiries
– Perform other related duties as required

Job Qualifications
– Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business – Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
– Female not more than 27 years old, with pleasing personality
– At least 5’4” in height
– Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Data Entry Personnel.
– Customer oriented and with good interpersonal skills
– Must have excellent communication skills
– Highly organized and detail oriented
– Highly motivated and can do multi-task
– Proficient in computer application
