Job Description
• Update accounts using accounting software.
• Record and control accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting entries and the inventory master file.
• Calculate and prepare various accounting documents (e.g. invoices, statements of account).
• Monitors and reconciles various accounts, statements, and reports.
• Prepares schedules, reports and financial statements.
• Accounts payable duties, including coding vendor invoices/ matching invoices with purchase orders.
• Accounts receivables duties- including making bank deposits and processing client payments.
• Performs various administrative and clerical tasks according to the needs of the unit.
Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business/Management or related field.
• Administrative, accounting and bookkeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints; strong organizational skills.
