Job Description
1. Report to the CFO
2. Develop, review, monitor internal control to all the Company’s assets
3. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports
4. Ensure timely reconciliation of sales against collection
5. Ensure implementation of daily inventory control to all outlets and warehouse
6. Ensure disposition to all identified variances
7. Review aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure settlement of overdue accounts
8. Consolidates and reviews monthly financial reports
9. Review outlet performance based on sales and profitability
10. Prepare report needed by Management
11. Review BIR tax returns and requirements
12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess a degree in BS Accountancy
2. Candidate must be a CPA
3. At least three (3) years of managerial experience in General Accounting
4. Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
6. Familiarity with SAP or Quickbooks is an advantage
7. Strong attention to detail, time management, analytical and planning skills are required
