Job Description / Requirements
Job Summary:
Reviews and analyzes submitted documents and prepares accounts payable vouchers
Reconciles trade receivables of assigned accounts

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processes discounts, subsidies and rebates for reimbursement to dealers or customers(APVs) and or debit and credit memorandum for dealer or customer reimbursement2. Processes accounts receivable adjustments from SEAOIL trade customer accounts3. Reconciles trade receivables
2. Verifies and checks documents submitted for subsidies, rebates, discounts and otherdealers’ claims for payouts
-Records accounting entries for verified claims in Oracle System
-Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher
-Verifies and checks documents submitted for adjustments or offsetting, if they are in conformance to approved discounts, rebates, pricing and others
-Records accounting entries for verified claims in Oracle System
-Prepares debit and credit memorandum
-Reconciles accounts receivables of assigned customers
3. Records any adjustment resulting from the reconciliation
4. Reconciles tax credit accounts5. Files and maintains accounting records and reports within his function6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related course
Must have at least 3-6 Months of relevant work experience
Must be keen to details, systematic and can handle work pressures
