Job Description & Requirements
The Accounting Assistant is in charge of all exams related transactions such as preparation of invoices and official receipts, reconciliation and collection of exam receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of exams revenue and cost
• Reconciliation of registered exams and credit card billings
• Preparation of exam invoices and official receipts
• Collection of exam receivables
• Assist the Bookkeeper and the Supervisor in some admin and clerical functions
• Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time
Hiring Criteria
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy
• 1 – 2 years work experience in a related field; fresh graduate with high potential are welcome to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Above average organizational skills
• Keen attention to details
• Fast learner, has initiative, works efficiently under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel
