Job Description & Requirements
Job requirements:
1. Can perform variety of general accounting support task in accounting dept including:
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents or records.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions like disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts.
2. Monitoring and payment of accounts
3. Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
4. Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
5. Investigates questionable data
Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
Newly Graduate are welcome to apply
CPA an advantage but not required
With 1-3 years accounting experience
With above average communication skill.
Very good attention to details
High value to accuracy
Highly organized
Can multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MSExcel
Fast learner
Willing to work in flexible hours
