Aquarian Globa Sales Philippines Inc. is hiring Accounting Assistant.

Job Description:
. Handle BIR documents and Tax Filing
. Prepare the Sales Invoice for customers.
. Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents/records.
. Match invoices to the payment receive and the tally with the purchase order received from the customer.
. Follow up status of the invoice and check collection from the customers.
. Compile and sort invoices and checks.
. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisor.
. Issue checks for accounts payable.
. Record business transactions and key daily worksheets.
. Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
. Process bills for payments.
. Other Miscellaneous office work.

Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Major in accounting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping task
• Team player with Integrity, Passion and with high sense of responsibility.
• Self motivated, can work under minimal supervision.
• Physically and Mentally fit.
• Willing to work at Ortigas Area.
• Full-Time position (s) available.
