TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
• Candidate is responsible for resolving customers’ needs and problems
• Teach the customer regarding product information
• Escalate, transfer, or redirect calls of customers if necessary.
• Join focus group discussions, team meetings, product training, and other company activities related to improving customer satisfaction.
• Candidates must be at least 2nd year college with or without BPO experience.
• Candidates must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and/or on shifting schedules
• Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
