Manage clients’ campaigns
• Deal directly with clients either by phone or electronically
• Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries
• Handle and resolve clients’ complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Obtain and evaluate all information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Closely coordinate with Campaign Managers in managing campaigns
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
Job Requirements:
• College level general education degree or equivalent
• Technical background in SEO is a plus
• Call center experience is a plus
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Above average skills in using the computer
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to work on Makati City
• Full-time positions and night-shift schedule
