Job Description / Requirements
We are seeking to fill a number of vacancies throughout the Asia Pacific Region (Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore) for exceptional sales professionals.
In this role you will be marketing and selling various financial products to high net worth individuals. You will be responsible for building on-going and profitable relationships with new and discerning investors by generating interest, dealing with objections and opening / closing new business.

This is an extremely high pressure sales environment. You must be physically and mentally fit to thrive in this environment. We are looking for individuals willing to do whatever it takes to hit targets and get the business in.

Experience is not necessary as successful candidates will undergo full training in all aspects of the job ranging from product knowledge and sales skills, right through to personal development and goal setting.

Key responsibilities
• The role is predominantly focused on generating and obtaining new business through proactive telephone work, the successful candidate will be required to identify and attract new clients by calling, utilizing the database of leads as a starting point.
• Products range and change from Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds Property and Insurance.
• Making 200+ calls a day to key decision makers
• Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Opening and Closing new business

Skills Required
• A clear and confident telephone manner; target driven telesales experience desirable
• Able to build successful relationships
• Work methodically and well as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism
• Full commitment to developing both within the role and personally
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Competitive nature with the enthusiasm to succeed

All commissions are entirely uncapped and tax free; also there are great incentives and bonuses in place for when sales targets are met. Selected candidates will also be provided return airline tickets, accommodation, and weekly allowance during probationary period.
